GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
The carport is your designated parking spot. You have a private terrace with out door seating. The home upstairs sometimes has other guests and they have their own private terrace upstairs. Please not that the dock however is a shared space.
This property does not have a washer or dryer and the dishwasher does not work.
