Parking: Please don’t park on the front lawn – our landscaping crew swings by from time to time and needs the grass clear when they do. You’re good to park alongside the grass on the other side of the storm drain though!

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT PRIOR HOST APPROVAL
Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless prior approval has been provided by the host.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and spa areas.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, identity verification, and security deposit requirement in order to receive arrival instructions. Additional details regarding the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guests will have the option of either a refundable credit card hold or non-refundable $50 guest insurance.
Other things to note
POOL AND SPA HEATING
Pool and spa heating is optional and available for an additional daily charge. Heating must be requested and paid for in advance so the system can be activated before or during your reservation.
Please remember that pool temperatures may be affected by outdoor weather conditions, particularly during colder periods.

The home will be prepared for your comfort and enjoyment upon arrival. As is customary for vacation rentals, and as a courtesy to our guests, we provide a starter supply of essential items to help you begin your stay comfortably.
